Oh My God is a two player cooperative game which implements the LeapMotion device and Photon Networking for Unity. The game was developed with a team of 5. Our goal with this game is to promote empathy and teamwork between the players by giving them different view perspectives and controls. With these restrictions the players must complete puzzles together.
During this project I was responsible for some of the gameplay programming and level design. What I found challenging about this project was the fact that the gameplay and levels had to be designed for 2 players with completely different controls and viewpoints. Objects could be correctly manipulated by one player and be completely abused or broken by the other, the challenge here was to define a set of rules per player without breaking the continuity of the game. In terms of level design, because the levels are viewed from multiple perspectives we had to be aware of the layout of the levels and the way objects were placed as to not confuse the top-down player.

A game i created for the Ludum Dare 39 compo game jam. The theme was "Running out of power".
All assets had to be made from scratch, which made this a great way to gain more project management experience. By working on a strict plan i was able to make faster decisions and deliver my game on time!
This was also the first time that i entered the competition jam. The system encouraged participants to rate other games and provide feedback. You were also able to make blog posts on the website where you could promote your game. It was really exciting to receive ratings and feedback from other participants. I also had a lot of fun promoting my own game and giving feedback to other participants.

This game was made during a Game Jam at ISAAC VR with a team of 3 people. In Truck the Wreck you and 3 other players run over critters with your truck. Critters you hit will stick to your truck, making you bigger. You are able to run over larger creatures the bigger your truck gets. The game also boasts a soundtrack by Devil Driver!
